Rezultatele programului men\u021bionat au fost prezentate \u00een cadrul unor sesiuni de atelier, cu participarea reprezentan\u021bilor celor patru raioane-pilot, Ministerului Educa\u021biei \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii, psihologi, \u0219colari, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201d<em>Copiii au nevoie de o explica\u021bie clar\u0103 cum s\u0103-\u0219i exprime emo\u021biile \u0219i cum s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 contactul cu al\u021bi copii \u0219i cu adul\u021bii care \u00eei \u00eenconjoar\u0103<\/em>\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interviu cu Alexandru Donos, pre\u0219edintele Centrului Na\u021bional de Formare, Asisten\u021b\u0103, Consiliere \u0219i Educa\u021bie din Moldova \/CNFACEM\/<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Care ar fi conceptul, scopul \u0219i con\u021binutul de idei al Programului de asisten\u021b\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 lansat \u0219i pus de cur\u00e2nd \u00een aplicare?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acest program, pilotat datorit\u0103 finan\u021b\u0103rii oferite de Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i colabor\u0103rii cu \u201dParteneriate pentru fiecare copil\u201d este menit s\u0103 dezvolte la copii abilit\u0103\u021bi de a comunica mai eficient \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte rela\u021bii s\u0103n\u0103toase cu colegii \u0219i adul\u021bii din \u0219coal\u0103, familie \u0219i chiar \u00eentreaga comunitate. Prin dezvoltarea acestuia ne-am propus s\u0103 ini\u021biem o comunicare larg\u0103 cu comunitatea \u0219colar\u0103, pe \u00een\u021belesul copiilor, s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem mai bine cuno\u0219tin\u021bele lor la tema abordat\u0103, s\u0103-i ajut\u0103m \u00een procesul de autocunoa\u015ftere \u015fi realizare ca personalit\u0103\u021bi, prin diverse modalit\u0103\u021bi de a ac\u021biona \u0219i de a reac\u021biona \u00een anumite \u00eemprejur\u0103ri sau situa\u021bii. Vrem o schimbare pozitiv\u0103 \u00een scopul \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irii calit\u0103\u0163ii procesului de comunicare, etape care ar promova con\u015ftiin\u0163a de sine \u00een general.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Programul se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een idea de a orienta copiii s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 esen\u021ba, r\u0103d\u0103cinile \u0219i impactul ac\u021biunilor sale, le d\u0103 posibilitatea s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 necesitatea schimb\u0103rii anumitor comportamente.<\/p>\n<p>Copiii au nevoie de o explica\u021bie clar\u0103 despre cum s\u0103-\u0219i exprime emo\u021biile \u00een mod asertiv \u0219i eficient, cum s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 contactul cu al\u021bi copii \u0219i adul\u021bi, cum s\u0103 nu r\u0103spund\u0103 la agresiune prin agresiune, cum s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 comportamentul altor persoane. Noi (adul\u021bii) ar trebui s\u0103 le explic\u0103m de ce noi \u00een\u0219ine ne comport\u0103m agresiv uneori, de ce este at\u00e2t de important s\u0103 fim toleran\u021bi fa\u021b\u0103 de alte persoane \u0219i s\u0103 ne putem controla emo\u021biile. Acest program se refer\u0103 la un dialog deschis \u0219i sincer \u00eentre adul\u021bi \u0219i copii despre comunicare, care poate fi eficient \u0219i empatic.<\/p>\n<p>Nu este o noutate c\u0103 fenomenul violen\u021bei \u00een toate mediile a luat amploare \u00een ultimii ani. In acest context, avem nevoie de programe, tehnici \u0219i metode de lucru menite s\u0103 previn\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 diminueze impactul asupra copiilor a atitudinilor violente \u0219i pro-violente prezente \u00een lumea \u201eadul\u021bilor\u201d. Copiii \u0219i tinerii \u00een continuare sunt influen\u021ba\u021bi de rela\u021biile nesigure dintre adul\u021bi, de mituri, prejudec\u0103\u0163i \u015fi stereotipuri, de noile tehnologii informa\u021bionale, care nu de fiecare dat\u0103 stimuleaz\u0103 strategii constructive \u0219i asertive de rela\u021bionare cu cei din jur. \u00cen institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar \u0219i pre\u0219colar sunt necesare mai multe programe de asisten\u021b\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i consiliere pentru copii, care ar preveni \u0219i gestiona anumite atitudini \u015fi g\u00e2ndirea pro-violent\u0103 per general.<\/p>\n<p>Programul, care l-am elaborat noi, are scopul de a orienta copiii s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 esen\u021ba, r\u0103d\u0103cinile, interconexiunile \u0219i impactul ac\u021biunilor sale, le d\u0103 posibilitatea s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 necesitatea schimb\u0103rii anumitor comportamente negative \u0219i s\u0103 adopte un comportament non-violent \u00een rela\u0163iile interpersonale, fiind unica strategie efectiv\u0103 de socializare de succes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care nu facem acest lucru pentru copiii no\u0219tri, atunci c\u00e2nd vor cre\u0219te mari, \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i vor \u00eentemeia propriile familii, sau \u00een momentul c\u00e2nd se vor angaja \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii, ar putea \u00eent\u00e2lni anumite dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een rela\u021biile interpersonale cu colegii, dar \u0219i cu membrii propriilor familii. Istoriile rupte din via\u021b\u0103 ale unor adul\u021bi, care au ajuns (urmare a conflictelor permanente) \u00een impas ne sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 este absolut necesar s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m, de la o v\u00e2rst\u0103 c\u00e2t mai fraged\u0103, arta comunic\u0103rii reale \u0219i asertive. De altfel, printre obiectivele specifice ale unor astfel de programe, urm\u0103rim \u0219i scopuri mai general-umane, cum ar fi bun\u0103oar\u0103 reducerea negativismului, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea incluziunii sociale, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A\u021bi f\u0103cut deja o evaluare a acestui program \u00een \u0219colile-pilot din raioanele Cantemir, Cimi\u0219lia, \u0218tefan Vod\u0103 \u0219i Taraclia? Care ar fi primele concluzii ale beneficiarilor? <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Acest program a avut mai multe etape de evaluare pentru a identifica m\u0103surile necesare de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a conceptului ini\u021bial propus \u00een corela\u021bie cu a\u0219tept\u0103rile \u0219i nevoile grupului \u021bint\u0103, precum \u0219i de a stabili performan\u0163a acestuia. Continu\u0103m s\u0103 mergem \u00een fiecare \u0219coal\u0103-pilot \u0219i s\u0103 discut\u0103m cu elevii, p\u0103rin\u021bii \u0219i cadrele didactice, una din evalu\u0103ri fiind \u0219i cea din aceast\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de la LT \u201dIon Creang\u0103\u201d din s. Ermoclia, r. \u0218tefan Vod\u0103, dup\u0103 care vom efectua astfel de \u00eentruniri \u0219i \u00een \u0219colile-pilot din r. Cantemir, Cimi\u0219lia \u0219i Taraclia. Ne dorim foarte mult, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu echipa \u201dParteneriate pentru fiecare copil\u201d s\u0103 maximiz\u0103m impactul \u0219i eficacitatea programului \u00een mediul educa\u021bional pentru a asigura bun\u0103starea copilului \u0219i familiilor noastre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reporterul nostru a discutat cu participan\u021bii la program, care au subliniat necesitatea implement\u0103rii unor astfel de programe \u00een mediul \u0219colar.\u00a0 Vede\u021bi mai jos c\u00e2teva din ele:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tatiana \u0218argarovschi, Directorul Gimnaziului\u00a0 \u00abIon Creang\u0103\u00bb, Ermoclia, \u0218tefan Vod\u0103: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abCopii no\u0219tri tr\u0103iesc \u0219i vor tr\u0103i \u00eentr-o lume \u00een care trebui s\u0103 comunice. Nu doar cu cei maturi, dar \u0219i cu al\u021bi copii. Doar a\u0219a putem construi o societate bazat\u0103 pe valori. Ast\u0103zi am avut o \u00eent\u00e2lnire de suflet. Ne convingem de fiecare dat\u0103 \u00een discu\u021biile, at\u00e2t cu cadrele didactice, p\u0103rin\u021bii \u0219i copiii c\u0103 comportamentul uneori violent \u0219i agresiv nu aduce plus valoare. Faptul c\u0103 unii copii devin agresivi denot\u0103 faptul c\u0103 undeva ceva nu este \u00een regul\u0103, ori \u00een familie, ori la \u0219coal\u0103, ori \u00een mediul \u00een care se afl\u0103. Vedem o problem\u0103 acut\u0103 \u00een de\u021binerea gadgeturilor. Nu \u00eentotdeauna tehnologiile moderne sunt benefice copiilor. Ei nu comunic\u0103 \u00eentre ei, iar la pauze, fiecare st\u0103 ghemuit cu nasul \u00een telefoane, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu interac\u021bioneaz\u0103, nu se joac\u0103, nu comunic\u0103 unul cu altul. O izolare care ar trebui s\u0103 ne pun\u0103 pe g\u00e2nduri.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Marin, psiholog:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abAm implementat \u0219i noi un program de asisten\u021b\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i ne-am convins c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 ne vedem c\u00e2t mai des posibil. Copilul are nevoie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 agresivitate, numai a\u0219a el o va ocoli. Atunci c\u00e2nd copilul se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie nepl\u0103cut\u0103 \u0219i stresant\u0103 pentru el, scade performan\u021ba \u0219colar\u0103, iat\u0103 de ce noi cu to\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 con\u0219tientiz\u0103m faptul c\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, comunicarea este la fel de important\u0103 ca \u0219i obiectul predat.\u00a0 \u00cent\u00e2lnirea noastr\u0103 de ast\u0103zi cu p\u0103rin\u021bii mi se pare deosebit de binevenit\u0103. \u0218i p\u0103rin\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 care este acea stare de bine a copilului. Din p\u0103cate nu avem psihologi \u0219colari \u00een toate institu\u021biile \u0219i asta deseori face diferen\u021ba. Cadrul didactic nu este suficient de instruit \u00een asemenea situa\u021bii, sau elementar nu are timp \u0219i puteri ca s\u0103 gestioneze toate situa\u021biile conflictuale\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diana Purc\u0103rean, psiholog \u0219colar la Gimnaziul din s. Ne-am \u00eent\u00e2lnit, am discutat pe subiecte ce \u00eei intereseaz\u0103 pe ei \u0219i cred c\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 stabilim acea comunicare pozitiv\u0103 \u00eentre noi ca maturi \u0219i copiii\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dna Anastasia, bunic\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abC\u00e2teodat\u0103 avem \u0219i noi probleme \u00een familie. Copii nu dau ascultare p\u0103rin\u021bilor, vorbesc ur\u00e2t, r\u0103spund sup\u0103r\u0103cios \u0219i chiar nervos. Uneori nu \u0219tiu cum s\u0103-i iau cu bini\u0219orul, ei oricum fac ce vor. Datorit\u0103 discu\u021biilor noastre, care au avut loc datorit\u0103 programului am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 trebuie c\u00e2t mai mult s\u0103 vorbim cu nepo\u021bii, copiii. Datorit\u0103 c\u0103 am participat \u00een acest program, \u00een\u021beleg \u0219i recunosc c\u0103 nu totdeauna \u00eei acord aten\u021bia cuvenit\u0103 copilului meu, deseori vorbesc cu el \u00een timp ce g\u0103tesc m\u00e2ncarea sau fac alte treburi prin gospod\u0103rie.
